Kautza Coaching & Consulting provides consulting, coaching, facilitation, and training services in the areas of organizational strategy, process improvement, conflict resolution and negotiation, change management, and leadership development.

I've worked in the consulting business since 2016 and partner with other consultants who have worked anywhere between 5 and 25 years.  Together, we've provided services to non-profits, for-profits, community and municipal groups, higher education, and health care.

Personally, I am certified as a Technology of Participation Mentor Trainer and Facilitator, by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach, by Lean Six Sigma as a Yellow Belt, and by Prosci as a Change Management Practitioner. I am also certified as a Scrum Master.
